  1. Hehehe... i was surprise to see the amount of ppl questioning Usain Bolts cleanliness upon breaking the 100 & 200m record. Juz bcoz Ben Johnson did it wif the aid of drug doesnt he is on drug too. If he is he wud have been caught by now with the stringent dope testing by IOC. I juz dun u/stand y ppl always look at things from -ve perspective? Instead of cheering his accomplishment they suspect him & throw all kinda allegations against him. We will know if he has taken any drugs or ban substances if he fails the dope test till then juz congratulate the man's accomplishment... :-)

  2. It soooooooooooooooooooooooooo Obvious i cant believe u dont see it

the man definitely on Some REAL JAMAICAN FOOD, u should try it, it gets u high man!

  3. It is sad that Americans are such sore loosers... why can't you  accept the fact that there is pure talent in the Caribbean.. thumbs up to Usain Bolt.."WE MASH IT UP YEH THE WORLD RECORD!"

The  drug is 'SUN, SEA AND SAND'. Now, If  he was American then I would wonder about drugs. They are so GIFTED in that area.

  4. No

he said he eats alot of Yam

its a Jamaican food and very healthy

  5. it's a magical drug, made in usa, it's called: HATERS!

  6. powerade.

  7. Follow the money trail.   Get a list of all the suspected drug labs throughout the world and find out if they have received money from jamaica in the last year or so and if they have made shipments to jamaica.

  8. I must admit, it is pretty appalling. But I really don't think it's impossible that he is in fact just a talented sprinter.

In 1968 when the first World Record under 10 seconds was set---a 'stunning' 9.95 seconds---it was considered virtually impossible for someone to run at that speed. But then, other 9.9's came in and it became the new norm. A speed of 9.69 has never been run before now. But I don't think that means it wasn't achieved naturally.

Jamaican athletes have probably been tested more than many others over the years (Bolt was tested 32 times before his 100m run)---especially since they traditionally do well in Track. I am not saying that it isn't possible that someone from Jamaica would cheat, but Bolt has set records at the Junior level before, and has a height advantage (6ft 5in) that would give him the natural benefit of a longer stride once he reaches his drive phase. He needs only about 41 strides to reach the finish line---most of his competitors need in the range of 45.

I know the sports world has been marred by a number of 'dirty' athletes. Call me naive, but I still think there are a few that are truly hardworking and talented. Hopefully, Usain is one of them :).

  9. Simple... 2 copies of the actinen A gene from birth, lucea yam (absolutely devine, had some bolied very soft, with ackees over the weekend) and yellow yam all him life, plus about 3 years of the boys and girls high school championships...yeah winning combination which prepared him to take on the world from the tender age of 15.

If u really want to comprehend Jamaica's sprint greatness, book your ticket to Jamaica for the next Boys and Girls Championships held every year around the end of March.

  10. Jamaican blood...

  11. What kind of drug is Michael Phelps using that is still undetectable ?

Stop being a sore loser. Accept the fact that Usain Bolt is a better runner than all those over confident American sprinters. He is "clean"

  12. -Isn't it Obvious? -The Guy's "high on HIMSELF..." ! And the LAST I heard, running on a "supersized Ego" is STILL acceptable in the Olympics... It may not look "pretty", but it gets the job DONE. :)

  13. none just a lot of practice and tips on running

  14. the one called natural talent

  15. Stop being jealous and realize he is just a young energetic rarity. He is confident and full of life its beautiful to watch him.I love it.

  16. Marijuana

  17. I have no idea!  Good question, because when a man makes it look that easy around world class athletes you have to question his supplements, training methods, DNA, something d**n it!  The guy is lapping the field in the 100 and 200 meter dash...it makes no freaking sense.

  18. Jamaican food is da best

  19. It's called Yam!!!

  20. Adrenaline he is high on life.

  21. They don't need to undetectable. He just needs not to have taken them for a few weeks.

The way it works is that the cheating athlete takes steroids for many months whilst training and preparing for an event. They get bigger, stronger and faster. They then stop taking them, maybe take some other drugs to hasten their excretion, and they are "clean" when they are tested at the competition.

The only way to stop this is to have off-season drugs testing. In some countries, like the UK, an independent body does this randomly making it harder to cheat. In Jamaica they don't. They have been heavily criticised for this and so subject to more tests than usual at the games, but it is too late by then.

Other countries (ex Eastern block etc) are known to "overlook" drugs testing and effectively allow/sanction widespread abuse. Typically the weight-lifting nations are...well....highly suspect to say the least.

I've no evidence any of them is cheating but if they wanted to, they could do so with little risk.

  22. He could not have taken them

  23. He must be the same thing that Phelps is on.Well if you are accusing Bolt than you should be accusing Phelps too.Innocent until proven guilty.

  24. If it's undetectable then how exactly are we supposed to know what drug he's using? Once it becomes detectable, we'll find out. Perhaps you should rephrase your question.

  25. What's really going on? I'll tell you. A 6'5" sprinter who has a much longer stride than his competitors, most of whom are anywhere from 5-8 inches shorter than he is. Add that to a pretty incredible turnover ratio and now you have an athlete who leaves his competition behind.

You can't condemn an athlete for taking steroids just because his performances don't quite fit your reasoning of what is possible. The track world has never had a sprinter of this size who has that quick of a turnover ratio. We're not speaking about a mere 6'0" athlete here in Usain Bolt.

And to further answer your question, NO, he would not have EASILY run 9.5 in the 100m. Looking at his 10-meter segments in his 100 meter world record race, he ran the last 10 meter segment in 0.90, which had come after three consecutive 10-meter segments of .82, followed by a .83 between 80-90 meters. So had he not slowed down and maintained that form to the finish, his adjusted time would have been closer to 9.62 and not the projected 9.5 territory some would have you believe. Of course on a fast track, under great conditions, he may run a sub 9.60 at some point in his career. The Beijing track is ultra fast. Faster than the legendary Atlanta track and the Tokyo '91 track surface.

These freak performances are part of the sport. Beamon in 1968 leaped over the 28-foot barrier into the 29-foot realm. Michael Johnson has run 19.32/43.19 in 200m/400m races. Bolt is not the first track athlete to lower or elevate a mark into the realms of amazing.

  26. I heard he was on BHW... Bloody Hard Work.

He is just a product of perfect genes, a perfect sprinters body, and perfect technique.

Stop trying to degrade the guy, you should feel lucky to have witnessed such an incredible athlete.

  27. lets just say from the 100 meters to the 400meters, men and women, from jamaica are a sham!!!

Take a look at there progression in each event.  You don't drop 1 to 3 seconds off your personal best in one year-especially at the tender running age of 21 to 22.  Insane Bolt ran his 3rd offical 100 meters ever(from 10.3 to 9.69 )  and runs a World record?  Your body cannot recovery naturally to 100% in 24 hours, regardless of the training. You don't run 27mph to 30mph and not have your body physically depleted!!!  Especiall after 8 races....

    Theoretically and scientifically defiant!!!

    Wake UP!!!...

With proper training, even from there inferior coaching, as the jamaicans have, plus a wonderful chemist from europe and canada (former ben johnsons coach)

Personal bests for the 400m hurdles womens olympic champion from Jamaica: Melaine Walker....Very slow times until training in October of 2008....CHECK OUT THE 200METERS?

    60 metres hurdles - 8.05 s (2006, indoor)

    100 metres hurdles - 12.75 s (2006)

    400 metres hurdles - 52.64 s (2008)

    60 metres - 7.40 s (2005, indoor)

    200 metres - 23.67 s (1998)

    400 metres - 51.61 s (2008)

You get a small island with the poorest drug testing and test that isn't in place to detect there special potion....

    You get Insane Boltcrap!!!

Folks wake up and exhale the ganjah!!!!
