What kind of drugs/weight loss pills do a really nice job or suppressing appetite?

I'm trying to lose weight, and I'm wondering what kind of legal drugs or weight loss pills really work. Please don't tell me to just eat well and exercise, I already do this.

There are no quick fixes in weight loss.  It's a guarantee that if you lose weight quickly, you'll put it back on twice as fast.

Well, to suppress my appetite, I don't use a pill...I simply drink a whole bottle of water right before a meal, so I will eat less than I would have.
