What kind of eagle is this?

I saw it in the Mt. Kenya region of Africa. It has a white head, white breast, black legs, black wings. The 'shoulder' part of the wing is also white. It looks alot like a bald eagle to me, except that the first part of the wing is white and the breast is also white...

That would be the African Fish Eagle, a true sea eagle, as compared to the bald eagle.
