You need an MBA or any related business degree's... and have a good working experience for more then 10 years in a sophisticated company...

Management MBA; it will take 10-20 years to become a CEO unless you start your own company sooner (which I highly recommend), in which case you might want to mix strategic management with entrepreneurship.
