What kind of electric scooter is this?

Question

This scooter (picture in the link) is for sale at a local flea market. Unfortunately, the guy selling it knows NOTHING about it. If anyone knows anything about it - model, range, quality, etc - that would be most helpful.

when i was in florida i rode one in a flea market they were fun but very cheap not super fast they came from china and new it was 150 dollars too much for what it is.

i don't exactly know, but I think it mite be the 1st or 2nd model, because it seems like an older version,
