  1. 110 and intermitant at best :) Dont leave cell phone chargers and the like plugged in when not using as the voltage swings alot and will take them out

Electricity in Mexico is 127 Volts, alternating at 60 cycles per second so it is close enough to the US electricity system at 120 V; 60 Hz.  Although, I would be careful of power spikes down there -- they are more common than in the US.  As are brown outs (not total loss of power).  Get a spike /surge protector and you should be okay, although an APS unit will also "condition" the power so that it does not blow your things up.
