  1. Chemical Energy that gets converted into Heat and light.

  2. in addition to chemical and thermal energy, you can argue that is has kenetic because when it burns...the particles moves around causing heat which is known by kenetic energy,

  3. The candle itself, before it burns, has chemical energy (and some gravitation energy, as discussed later, and something called a work function, which is related to surface energy).  When it burns, there are several types of energy being seen.  Firstly, the flame is in the form of light (being released from carbon particles in black body radiation).  But there is also tiny amounts of sound coming from it (you can sometimes hear it sputtering).  Also, the wax melts and then volatilises (evaporates), so some energy is going into the material to do that, called latent heat.  Also, the wax could roll down the side of the candle, which it converting gravitational energy into kinetic energy.  When this wax resolidifies, the latent heat goes into the candle as heat energy.  And finally, the ball that the wax make is due to surface energy and the interaction between the air and the wax.

  4. Gravitational kinetic force when you drop it :)

  5. Light

    Heat

im not sure of any others

  6. Chemical. It consists of comples compounds which can undergo an exothermic chemical reaction and become simpler compounds (i.e., water and carbon dioxide), producing energy by the way.
