What kind of equipment do i need to set up stunt rigging?

you know like in the movies the have those rigs that they make people look like they fly and stuff. does any body know links or tutorials? it would be very helpful.

Don't do it.  If you don't know what you're doing, it can be incredibly dangerous because there is so much that can go wrong.  Stunt co-ordinators and flying directors have gone through training courses and have years of experience behind them.  If you need to make someone fly for a stage production or film, get the professionals in - ZFX Flying (www.zfxflying.com) or Flying by Foy (www.flybyfoy.com) are the best in the business; it won't be cheap, but what price safety?  I've worked alongside Foys technicians on many, many occasions; I know the theory, I've assisted in the rigging of the systems, I know how it works, I've been flown myself, but I still wouldn't dream of trying to rig it myself.  DON'T DO IT.

That is a dumb idea.  Haven't you ever heard or read the warning: DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME... well.. THEY MEAN THAT.  you don't have the PHYSICS BACKGROUND to rig for aerial stunts and you will just get yourself HURT OR DEAD.  Those stunts are done by PROFESSIONALS... with a SAFETY OFFICER watching every move... and people STILL GET HURT OR KILLED doing some of those stunts.
