Pleeeease, i need to know how to loose my lower stomache fat!

I know what to eat so far.

Protein and no sweets so now i need to know how to excersise right!

What kind of excersises should i do?

A list would be extremely helpful!:)

  2. Lots of walking is what I have been reading trims belly fat. I have the same issue. I also want to get back to the gym.I used to use these bars that are off the ground, and you pull up just the lower part of your body, while  your top half on your forearms/think barbie arms are holding you up. It is like a crunch only much more focused on that awful area. Try also stair masters they are great at burning and firming at the same time and Zumba is a dance cardio that tones the stomach. NOW if only I could follow my own advice.
