  1. it's diet and exercise. you will never get a six pack without a good diet of lean proteins and complex carbs. There are other ab exercises that work for your abs other than crunches. Like planks, stability ball exercises, captain's chair exercises. Best way to find ones you like is doing a search online. A lot of fitness mags have online versions that have pictures and instructions for exercises. The only way to see all that hard work though is to decrease your overall body fat


  2. Situps and crunches.

    Try working all parts of your stomach.

    When you do situps, twist a little. Right elbow to left knee. Down. Up. Left elbow to right knee. Down. Up, repeat. That works the side muscles.

    Plain situps as well, and do crunches.

    Even hold planks. Hold for a minute at a time, then 2 mins at a time.
