What kind of exercise i do to get a six pack?

because i did alot of sit ups in da pass few months

  1. Jus start punching yourself in the nuts really hard in combination with sit ups. You'll get it.  


  2. Leg lifts. Crunches. Holding yourself up on on a bar on each side of you so your suspended in the air and lifting your legs up and down and off to the side to work you side muscle and pushups.

  3. Get yourself an AbLounge.  You can get it at Walmart for about $85 to $90. It really does work.  

  4. stomach crunches

    push ups

    chin ups

    prones

    anything that tightens your muscles

    when it hurts it means its working

  5. this is easy go to the store and get it then bring the beer to the register and pay and then leave put it in ur car then turn ur car on thenleave go to ur house and drink it hope that helps

  7. All you have to do is lose weight. They will show, depending on their size, at your bodies own unique weight. Don't go annorexic, just don't eat so much, go wild, party alot, do short rigorous exercise, that's how I got my upper body. If you can do 50 sit ups, you need a harder exercise. it is necessary for growth and toning.
