Tons and tons of conditioning (jump rope, running ect), the amount of energy it takes to continue staying on your toes and throwing punches round after round is very underappreciated.  Also explosion drills such as medicince ball drills to help the power and quickness of punches.  Diet includes many carbs to keep energy up and lean meats (Chicken, Fish, Turkey) to build muscle.

  3. Lots of conditionin running for endurance, jumping rope, etc. you gotta  shadow box n hit the bag its hard at first but youll get used to it
