What kind of exercise should i do to tighten my abs

i have abs but i have to tense to see them. what kind of exercise do i have to do to flatten my stomach and make my abs permanently visible?

  1. situps, situps with weights on your chest, also pushups somehow also help your abs while strengthening your biceps and pecs

  3. that just means you need to tone them. Do crunches, sit-ups, etc. but do them quickly and in large numbers. For example, do a set of 100 crunches in 2 minutes.
