What kind of exercises can i do with nothing but dumbbells not even a bench?

  1. lats u need to do pull ups wide spread palms facing u work the lats best do a mix though 25close hand palm facing u 25 wide hand palm facing you 15 palm away close hand and 15 wide hand palm away good workout for ur lats add weight if it's too easy but u need some kinda bar like monkey bars w/e u should have something there's no other way to workout ur back (lats)..and chest push ups inclined declined flat all push ups do like 50-100 of each kind make all this one workout and do it 3x a week man eat good though and ull see results


  2. Alot. You can even make up your own...You can do this standing, sitting, or even while laying on the floor.

    Hard to explain here. But you can go to the library and see what they have and adapt it for your own use.
