  1. Well I played Volleyball in school and our teacher always made us get into shape. We basically had to run a few blocks a day on our own and during practice. Plus the normal routines of volleyball like spiking and diving. We had to practice that a lot to get really good and win our tournaments. Right before practice we would have to do simple exercises like streching. But I think that was about it.


  2. We usually do some streches and practice volleying the ball and practice serving and bumping the ball across the net and was also we take laps and do activities. Well for me at least, I don't know about other teams but I do that stuff.

  3. gosh, you guys all have it fairly easy!  We start out stretching, then do push-ups, sits ups, and run laps.  Then we do wall sits for several minutes, and we do several laps of high kicks, butt kickers, and lunges(which are the worst).  Then we do serving and spiking and bumping drills.  Then we scrimage, and the losing team gets to run more laps!

  4. a warm up starts with laps, stretches and maybe some pepper 9bump, set, spike back and forth with a partner). Then you do passing drills, such as a coach hitting at you, or half the team hits at the other. Also, serving drills, hustling drills, such as running to make the diving catch or having to touch 7 balls thrown out by the coach before they hit the ground.

  5. We do stretches, suicides,wall jumps, and some laps around the gym.Then we serve and pass the ball to another teammate and that's about it!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Well my team and I put or backs up to a wall and bends our legs so we remember to bend our legs, when we're in a game!!! We also work on our spiking by grabbing a ball and smacking it off your hand and try to go the longest by smacking it up and against the wall!! Good Luck!!

  8. do some laps... stretch and plenty of pushups 2 streghten ur arms 4 hitting and serving !!!

  9. Mostly we do stretches and run a few laps around the gym to loosen up. Then we'll do some serving drills and some driving drills. Then most of the time we'll scrimmage which in my opinion is most helpful.
