What kind of exercises should I do with a pull up bar?

I`d like to experiment and challenge my body a bit.

  1. On a pull up bar you do pull ups.

  3. I would recommend highly on each set change go wide of the grip. Start out very wide. next set move ina little closer. Make sure you start out with your hand wider than your shoulder with.

    I would also do some close grips at the end.

    I would then move on to Pull downs on any lat bar pulley system.

    3-4 sets up 8-12 pull ups should be great.

    Be sure to Stretch your lats after each set.

  4. Vary your grip distance to work different muscles better.

    Put a towel on the bar to make it harder on your forearms.

    Wear weight to increase the general resistance.

  5. Well wide grip pull ups... for lats.. and narrow grip pull ups for triceps... and reverse grip pull ups for biceps ...
