What kind of exerecises for butt and thighs?

  3. do leg ups and get on the floor on your knees and kick your leg up like your a dog peeing. I know it sounds weird but it works. I do it in dance class all the time and it has been successful.

  6. No exercise will burn the fat off of one area of your body. Cardio is the only thing that will burn fat.  Running, swimming, etc.

  7. Lunges are good for both.
