What kind of experience do you need to work at a clothing store?

I want to get a job when I turn 16 or 17 and I dont what type of experience i need. I was looking up this store and they were hiring! They said to send a resume in. What type of stuff do u need on your resume?

When I say clothing stores I mean American eagle pacsun charlotte russe blah blah blah....
