What kind of eye makeup should i use for hazel eyes?

i have hazel eyes and they turn green depending on what i do with them, i don't know its weird. what kind of eye makeup could i use to just make my eyes stand out?

I wear the Almay hazel eye collection. It's a little more expensive than CoverGirl or brands like those, but it's so awesome. I love it. I even love Almay's foundation. But pinks and browns will bring out the green. :D

but anyway umm i use black eye liner

but everyone says to have like a maroon color

eyeliner cuz it brings out the hazel i am going to try it

if u have hazel and u want more blue to stand out rock BLUE.. if u want the green to stand out rock GREEN like a grassy green... if u want then to just have a pow to them go with starry black by cover girl or maybelline.. the best thing to do is put a lil thin hint of moisturizer on ur lid then let thenm dry a lil then ull get a good full color that is georgeous.. but i would experiment with a good  purple like crayon style purple

but make sure u never leave home with out a lil black eyeliner.. :)

in referance to the almay product everyone is mentioning.. the color isnt strong and doesnt stik well although it is smooth.. it just dot stick well and the color isnt as vivid as u are probably going for

there is a brand of mascara & eyeshadow by almay called 'intense i-color' & they have a kind for people with hazel eyes. that should help make your eyes stand out & i'm sure they sell that at any drug store or in sephora. light pink eyeshadow should also make the hazel pop

I like Almay's eyeshadow trio's that are formulated for a specific eye color. I believe the one for hazel eyes contains a couple shades of brown and a medium pink for accent. If you want to accent the green in your eyes (say, when you're wearing a green shirt) then try using shades of plum in your eye makeup.

I have hazel eyes mine are gold around the pupil and green and brown around the pupil haha! At least I think they are hazel.   For hazel eyes the BEST one to use is.. Physician's Formula Shimmer strips eye shadow for Hazel eyes. It has 9 different colors the little ones are eyeliner but you don't have to use them as eyeliner and it's much harder.. You can use them for eye shadow also. I love it!!! It makes me eyes POP a lot. Follow the directions either on the back or the front.. It tells you how to use shimmer strips eye shadow by layered by using 3 colors by eyelid, up to crease and below brow bone. I love it!!! It lasts along time too. And I don't use eyeliner or black mascara but if you can.. get either a brown or black eyeliner to make them pop even more.. and some black mascara.. smudgproof. Hazel eyes are so pretty! i wish i had them, you are lucky :)

as for eyeshadow, hazel eyes look really good with darkish silvery grey, smokey colors. Straight up black shadows or other really dark colors can look too harsh, so gunmetal silver shades make that eye color pop nicely.

In fact I just recently bought an eyeshadow from Mac's new line, and its called Smoke n Diamonds which is exactly the color i think looks best for hazel eyes.

Along with that, thin (not too much) black liner on the upper lash line and black mascara looks nice. I reccomend Covergirl's lash blast, it really adds volume to my lashes.
