What kind of fiberglass is on the outside of the Victoria Ultravac skimboard?

I am looking to buy my friend this board for her birthday, but I want it to be the best quality for the money. Does this board classify as a "fiberglass board". Anything you can tell me about this board would be great. Thanks.

This particular skim board has a polyurethane core with a fiberglass coat surrounding it. it uses polyester resin which makes it almost identical to the construction of a surfboard.

Although its not the strongest skim board available it is shaped the same as the top model just not as durable. a good value option for a beginer as it will ride the same as the best board on the market, with out the extra costs.
