I was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint with 8 people in the car, 6 of whom were under the age of 21 and had been drinking. I was strictly a passenger and had 1 beer, but I am 21. The driver was also 21 and had nothing to drink. Neither myself or the driver had bought ANY alcohol for the underagers. What charges can I be charged with?

  1. I am not from PA but offhand I would guess something related to "Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor." Depending on how old the underage kids were in your car. Whether of not you provided the alcohol is not really a factor.
