Minnows and goldfish if you can find small enough ones. It may take a while for your turtle to catch it. I also give mine earthworms since they are much easier to eat since they don't have to be chased.

definitely small fish such as guppies the zebrafish and sometimes but this is recomended for turtles but you might want to feed when he is older: a mosquito fish sometimes called the gambusia and you must always make sure the fish is dead before feeding
