It is definitely a white sailfin molly that is painted. Such fish should never be bought in order to stop the cruel practice. It is done by injecting a dye into the fish. This is traumatizing reducing the fish' lifespan and the color is not permanent.

To me it looks like a platy, but i have never seen one like that personally so the picture could be fake.

Painted platy, they are dyed by injection which is very painful causing them to die prematurely.
