What kind of flower is best used for gravesites?

i had a buddy who died 2 years ago in december and i would like to put flowers where the accident happened and his gravesite.

  1. If you can plant them, then Stella D'Oro Daylilies as they continue to bloom frequently throughout the spring and summer.


  2. daisy's.  there is something very sweet and simple about daisy's.

  3. Crocus its a bulb plant once they came up year after year they bloom real early in the season by the time they have to cut the grass the flowers have bloomed and died back a lot of flowers get cut down at the grave site because the gloom to late

  4. Lillies are a traditional flower in arrangements used for mourning.   Carnations and Mums hold up well for a lasting bouquet.

    One year we took all the rose petals off one of the rosebushes and scattered them on my parents' graves.

    It was beautiful, the crimson petals on the green grass.
