What kind of flower or ivy is this? (i have a picture)

My neighbors vine or whatever it is grew onto our fence side and i found this pretty flower bloom at the end of it so i cut it off and placed it in some water so itll root so i can place it in my terrarium...(dont worry no animal is going to live in it)

So anyway back to my question what kind of plant is it?

its an orangy red color...more red than orange.
