What kind of flower seeds can I plant now?

I am in So. Cal, we are about 90-100 with high humidity. I planted corn, they have all bloomed, so I just cleaned out my garden planter and am wondering what kind of flower seeds, if any, might grow if I plant them now.

The first thing that comes to mind is annual salvias. Most of them bloom in under 12 weeks and they should be great for your area. I live in the deep South which is the capitol of heat and humidity and I can keep salvias blooming until the first frost in November. If you live in a frost free area yours should last even longer. And hummingbirds love them.
