  1. The closest thing I have been able to find is SUVA 123  manufactured by DuPont which is their Refrigerant  (R-123) . It is a replacement for Freon 11 which  is no longer made in the USA because of the Oxone Hole hysteria of the late1980s.

At 60F the SUVA 123 saturation vapor pressure is around 11 " Hg is so you will have to operate with a vacuum. Its saturation temperature at atmospheric pressure is 83F.

Just enter Refrigerant 123 in your browser and go to the DuPont web pages for more data.

I believe you are going to have to operate with some vacuum to utilize any clear fluid having a very low BP .

  2. Dichloromethane has a BP of 39 degrees Celsius. They used to use it before Freon was invented, and it sort of works if you are careful...

Be advised it is a category 2B carcinogen. They invented Freon for a reason!

If you meant 60 degrees Farenheit, then you need sulfur dioxide which has a BP of 14 deg Farenheit.  It is even more toxic than dichloromethane, though.
