  1. I have problems with my stomach at times and get tired of eating just saltine crackers so I change it up. I eat goldfish, cheese nips, and even animal crackers. But let me give you a little advice no matter how much food isn't what you want to eat try to eat a little because dry heaves are the worse. Also try cold food that helps a little too.

  8. When I feel sick and I have to eat, i usually stick to food that I know usually sit well with me. Its mostly about eating your comfort foods, which for me is toast and jam and cereal. Foods to avoid in general when you feel sick are obviously spicy foods like mexican, but also natural acids like those found in citrus fruits, tomatoes, and apples. Also, avoid foods high in preservatives, as those will be harder for your stomach enzymes to break down.
