What kind of food can I send to my Boyfriend in Iraq?

He says that he works and runs in high temperatures and lost some weight. He has a high metabolism and the food and protein shakes he gets isn't enough. He asked me to send him some good food that is high in calories. What kind of food can i send him???

lol he wants me to send him bread, is it possible with out it molding?

Send stuff like, Tuna, canned food items, pretzels, and those kind of stuff.

when we send care packages, we send bags of pretzels,crackers, cheese-in-a-can, sardines,canned chicken.cookies..

do not send liquids,things that need to be refrigerated,or chocolate.

bread would travel ok, but would be stale by the time it gets there...
