  1. Vitamin B's consist of Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12 & Pantothenic Acid.

    Foods that you can find these in are:

    -whole grain cereals

    -egg yolks

    -legumes

    -milk

    -cheese

    -nuts

    -red meats

  2. I believe cereal grains are high in the B vitamins and cereals are fortified with more B vitamnins.  

    For A look for yellow or orange veggies.
