  2. Apples have a ton of fiber.  Also there are a lot of cereals that are fortified with fiber.  If you check labels you may even be able to find a cereal that has 100% of your recommended daily allowance.

    As for the iron, think green leafy vegetables.  Also we can go back to the cereal.  I believe even soy milk has iron.

    Most vegetarian foods have fiber and iron, also beans have a lot of it. Oatmeal is also a source of fiber.

  8. Whole grains and beans are some of the best vegitarian iron sources.  But refined grains are often fortified with iron.
