  1. Eggplant and lots more. Just ask for "vegetariano" .

  2. According to the book "The New Spain - Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants", there are over 100 vegetarian and vegan restaurants throughout Spain, Mallorca and the Canary islands.  You can also go to sites happycow.net and vegdining.com and do a search for Madrid and Salamanca, and they will recommend restaurants and stores where you can buy vegetarian food in the area.

  3. Veg food u must go google

  4. In Barcelona I found plenty of vegetarian paella and it was delicious, but again, I was in Barcelona and not Madrid or Salamanca...still, keep your eyes open!

  5. Quesdilla's!

Spanish food is usually good at accommodating vegetarians! I wouldn't be too concerned!

  6. I know it may seem difficult at first because they do love to eat meat over there especially anything from the pig pork and bacon.Just remember being vegetarian is a global thing so its not that hard to find places where you can eat .

    go to all veggielinks.com

they have a part where you put in the country and they fing you vegetarian restaurants there
