  1. You should make this!

    BEEF STROGANOFF

1½ pounds cubed round steak, cut into thin strips

    House Seasoning, recipe follows

    All-purpose flour

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons butter

    1 medium onion, sliced

    8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

    1 (10 3/4-oz) can beef broth

1 (10 3/4-oz) can cream of mushroom soup

    Salt and black pepper

    1 cup sour cream

    Cooked egg noodles

Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings. Saute for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour. Put the steak back into the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Add the mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, covered. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper, as needed. Stir in the sour cream the last few minutes, right before you serve. Serve over cooked noodles.

    Hope this helps! =)

  4. Open a can of soup, a TV dinner, and Jello.

  5. Fruit salad with whipped topping is always a hit! Get any fruit combos you like add a small amount of granulated sugar to get their juices flowing, some lemon juice and serve like a parfait with whipped topping.

another recipe I have is if you need to make dinner quick...get ramen noodles, cook them half way, drain water, place on low heat, add salt, pepper, italian seaonings, paprika, garlic powder, chilli powder, evaporated milk (or water), butter...stir till all is incorporated and noodles have cooked thoroughly. serve hot. Absolutely delicious. All the ingredients can be modified to your taste. I generally like to use about 1 teaspoon of each seasoning item for one serving=one package of noodles. You could also add veggies or eat as a side to some pan seared chicken or pan seared beef.

  6. Food network knows everyytthing. Here is a link for some 30 minute desserts. I'm sure you could find chicken alfredo there, it's really simple. Good luck.

  7. Look up Bananas Foster in Epicurious.com

  8. I know it's really simple, but it's my favourite- bangers and mash with gravey!

You could just get a bowl of fruit for desert and put some yoghurt or icecream on the top.
