What kind of food would exactly suit you...mainly on a friday night?

Spicy food maybe tortilla chips with mango salsa taqueria taco's with shrimp fresh fruit on the side nice glass of cabernet from the Sonoma Valley or Central Coast unless the weather is hot if its hot I prefer a white wine, Chardonnay from Napa Valley will do .
