What kind of foods CAN I have on a low iodine diet??

I am on a low iodine diet for 2 weeks to prepare for a iodine radiation treatment. I pretty much know what I can't have but what can I have??

Bless your heart!    My daughter went through the same thing last year and it was tough.    She was on the diet for one month!!!  

Go to www.thyca.org and there is a wealth of resources regarding the low iodine diet.   There is a guideline that tells you what you can/can't have and all.    

What type and stage of cancer do you have?    Just curious.
