  1. DVD players require the data to be written in .vob format. However, if you want menus you will need authoring software. I recently finished using Ulead® DVD Workshop™ 2 Trial Edition (http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?p... to create 50 dance DVD's, and it worked good even if the encoding was lengthy. (If you decide to use this program, start the process and night.)

Although I have not used the program, I have heard that DVD Flick (http://www.dvdflick.net/download.php) is also really easy and simple to use but I do not know how long it takes.

Your discs should work fine in your player, but I can not tell if is DVD-RW or just DVD-R (has to be DVD-__ , not DVD+__). The reason this matters is that some DVD players refuse to read anything off DVD-RW, so to make your discs play in as many players as possible use DVD-R.

    Hope this helps you,
