What kind of freaky plant is this?

Ok i have this plant at my house that is weird looking and I'm quite not sure what it is. It kinda looks cursed and bewitched like one of those exotic plants in the jungle. Here are some pictures i took.

Yep, it's a Carrion Cactus, Starfish Flower, Starfish Cactus allright. My mama has one and the flies do like it. Enjoy it's uniqueness.

From the evidence I am observing, your plant is of the genus Stapelia...and it is too, too divine.

Oh I have one of these.  The flower smells like rotten meat when it blooms. The first time mine bloomed it was inside my kitchen window and I couldn't find the rotten meat for nearly a week! LOL  It smelled so bad that I took it outside and all these flies are attracted to it.  I think the flowers are kind of cool and it just blooms and blooms which is why I leave it outside most of the time.  I will try to go find the name of it if I can. I have it written down some where.   Your plant is way bigger than mine is.  Very nice.

yeah its a type of cactus that has a flower bloom which isn't uncommon. now if some cactus expert can chime in and tell you the name...

Oh I got it!! It's the flower of the 'carrion cactus'!!!! google image it and you will see!  (i hope it don't smell funny, i heard it does)!   :)

It is of the genus Stapelia.  I don't know the species.  Is the flower fragrant?  If you want to make new plants, the individual pieces root easily enough.  The plant you have is very impressive!
