What kind of free software for my Mac can I use to convert .avi files to use on my PSP?

I have movies on my Mac in .avi format and want to convert them to my PSP. Is there any free programs out there.. even on torrent?

rooVid. Used it for my iPod. If there is no PSP setting, use iPod settings and change the resolution to 480x272.
