  2. The Rana aurora (Red-legged frog) has a grey-green body and red legs, and they live in the USA.

    As for poison dart frogs they are usually red bodied with blue legs, and although there are many different colour variations it is unlikely one is surviving in Mississippi because they live in South American rainforests.

  3. None, unless someone has one as a pet in Mississippi, in which case they have to have it registered, and a special license to have one in captivity.

    Those frogs (the poison arrow frog) only reside in South America as their natural habitat.  

    They come in an assortment of colors.
