What kind of fruits and stuff should I feed my hamster?

I have two winter white dwarf hamsters. I heard that some people feed their hamsters fruits and cheese and things like that. I feed them carrots everyday and their regular food mix. What other kinds of fruits and vegetables should I feed them and what kind of cheese? Thank you. :]
