Make the bride a shirt/tank top with different drinks (even the recipes if you'd like) written all over it.  Then everytime someone asks to buy her a drink, let them pick the drink they want to get her off of her shirt and mark it off.  Be sure to keep a sharpie with you so you can cross of the one's she's tried.

One thing all of my friends do is a "suck for a buck" t-shirt.  

It's for the bride and it has some kind of candy all over it.  I used those Lifesaver mints last time and hot glued them in a patter to say "bride" or something like that.  Charge people $1 to suck one off the shirt.  It's fun and you meet lots of people this way.  

You can also make a list of things for the bride or friends to do.  A scavenger hunt would be fun too.
