What kind of gas motors can i put on a go kart?

like chainsaw, lawn mowers, riding lawn mowers, generators, what other type of motors can i put on my go kart

find a briggs flat head engine, out of a tiller or pressure washer( thats where i got one of mine) there are lots of aftermarket parts for tis engine,   it is a side shaft motor by the way.   my car now can go about 60mph   17tooth gear up front and a 40 in the back,    to make a cart go fast or take off fast is all in the gears.  but you sacrafice spped for acceleration and acceleration for speed ie. if you want to go 60mph your cars will take a while to get up there, but if your on a track you want acceration not speed, my car re geared only goes about 35-40 but it gets up there fast.
