There are 4 kinds/characteristics in my book.

1. Dykes--Demonic (lack spirituality)

2. Druggies/Drunks- Dis-eased (not only health wise, but also with themselves

3. Dummies- Drama Queens

4. Divas-Domineering (Sometimes think there the man, especially if they make/have more money)

All are psycho to me, in different ways. Just my opinion.

yes there are, they are just as common as their male counterparts but their methods are subtle and leave less evidence.

No, not in my opinion. My opinion is a girl who hates her family for no apparent reason, and likes to brag about cutting herself is a psycho.

The true definition of a psycho is someone who has no empathy or remorse for what they do, they know how to manipulate people for their own gain...in other words, it's a sociopath.

It's not someone who's "crazy"...A sociopathic woman I know is very friendly at first and will lure you into her, fooling you into thinking that she's nice and compassionate...when she's truly sadistic and cruel.

Of course there are women with mental illnesses, especially depressive illnesses, if that is what you mean by 'psycho'.

If you mean 'psychopathic', men are statistically more represented than women in that population.

If you mean, women who get angry when treated badly ~ just treat people well and you'll never have to find out :-)

In my experience, most of the girls that people can consider psycho are the ones that are sought after by many men. They know they can have their way with any man of their choice and they care less about what anyone thinks of them or anything the do. They tend to be self-centered, and carry a lot of emotional baggage.

They're the girls who've had bad taste in men (never learning to leave the bad boys alone), and they keep going back to the ones that hurt them. Most of them have very strong and outgoing personality which can lead to them allowing their emotions to get the best of them. They have plenty of friends (or the ones they believe are their friends), they do demonstrate bully tendencies (because that's how someone did them), and they can be dark. Having either thoughts of suicide, or murder.

Some have experienced emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. And they're itching to make someone pay for it. But then again, this is just the experience I've had with some of the women who've crossed my path. I've learned that some of your most beautiful people in the world can have some of the most ugliest personalities.

hmm thats a hard one...i had a friend who her bf didnt want to take her back and she waited outside his house and when he tried to leave she blocked him with her car...thats psycho....usually extreme possessiveness....im sure a girl would be psycho if shes really hostile and beats up ppl for little stuff....manipulates the relationship somehow to make it the guys fault....im sure very unstable moods count as psycho....alot of woman who have had abuse sexually/physically/emotionally usually suffer long term from it..... it dont think theres a way to find out which girls are actually psycho..really it takes conversating and getting to know them to be ab le to tell...hope this helped a little
