What kind of glasses should i wear?

What kind of glasses should i wear. I am a near sighted person. The kind of glasses i wore right now is multi coated lens 400 grade. But i always have an headache or feeling dizzy or vertigo. What shall i do? Do u think is it b'coz of my eyeglass? I wan't to go the Doctor for eye check-up.Do i need to go to the optometrist or Opthalmologist?Pls. help me...Thanks!

Well yes...if you aren't seeing well with your glasses, you need a new exam done.

An optometrist is the specialist in that field.
