Question:

What kind of globalization is this?

I want to describe globalization like

when a corporate makes a factory in a third world

ex. when GM abandoned the factories in Flint michigan to make factories in mexico and etc...

so is there a specific name for thisa kind of globalization?

  1. Building factories in foreign countries is called foreign direct investment (FDI), but that's from the perspective of the receiving company.

    If it's the process of moving the factories over, it's called offshoring.  It's not outsourcing, since outsourcing is moving some operations to another company, which could be in the same country.
