What kind of graphics card comes standard with windows vista home premium?

  1. Video cards are not related to operating systems, they are part of the computer's hardware.  They can be either embedded, ie, part of the motherboard or third party, ie, connected to the motherboard via a PCI, PCIe, or AGP slot or riser.  

    One of the best methods that I know of to determine the type, speed, and memory capacity of the video card is to use a little program called GPU-Z.  It is a very small program that does not need to be installed.  It will run right out of it's program folder.  This little piece of software will tell you everything there is to know about your video card except the cost.  Download it from:

  2. none. The graphics capabilities depend on your hardware not your operating system. cheap pcs usually contain built in chipsets on the motherboard and are not that handy for games, whilst for a little more money you can buy a decent graphics card that'll fit easily into your agp slot
