What kind of guitar should i buy?

Question

I play mostly metal

my favorite bands are avenged sevenfold, slayer, metallica, slipknot, bullet for my valentine, and other stuff like that and i want to play stuff like that

i like dive bombs

any ideas or comments would be appreciated

Well I'm not too sure on how experienced you are or what yoru budget is.

But a very good investment would be to get an Ibanez or Jackson.

They have very great metal guitars that help put out that nice heavy sound while playing.

At either of their websites it has a list of all thei guitars, and you can also find a local dealer to see where you can buy it :]

I play a lot of similar music myself. I have a Schecter C-1 FR, which is really nice for the style, especially with the floyd rose tremolo. I like schecter its a good brand, and some good bands use them (like a7x), but there still quite affordable, I paid $650 for my C-1 FR. Good luck!

I'd recommend an Ibanez, nice slim necks and jumbo frets make it them a very fast guitar...

In particular look at the S, RG and JEM series.
