A good kisser, guy or girl, is one that's willing to kiss you when you have morning breath, garlic for dinner, or if they  kiss you even though they don't feel like it at that moment, but you do.

That's relative. You can't base it on his/her other character, you have to experience it, lol! They kiss like something you never experienced before, one that makes you crave for more in times you don't feel like doing it. It's getting hot in here, stop it!
