What kind of hair cut should i get?(pics)?

I have brown curly hair and it is very manageable. i like to straighten my hair alot so i would like a cut that would look good straight as well.

omg i am so jealous of your hair ! it's so gorgeous even when its natural. my curly hair is the complete opposite it is so very UNmanageable lol. how is yours so perfect?
