What kind of haircut do you think that I should get? (PIC)?

I'm looking for a fun haircut, but want to keep the length of my hair. As you can see, my hair is wavy/curly, but I also straighten it sometimes. I'm thinking maybe some bangs? I don't know, what do you think? Please include a link to a hairstyle, or leave a vivid description! Thanks a lot in advance to everybody!

Your hair looks a little damaged, maybe you should get a little bit of your hair cut off. Definately side bangs, that would be really really cute.. and I think layers. Sorry.. I can't find a pic or anything.. I'm too lazy!
